Whether it's a competitive league or a pickup game, adult sports teams are popular ways to attain numerous health and social benefits. Sports are an effective way for people of all ages to exercise without feeling like they are working too much. Exercise is a great outlet for stress-relief. Physical activity can increase general health, reduce risk for heart disease and strengthen muscles and bones. Sporting events can be an effective way to meet new people and make friends, while getting in some exercise.

Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. See how much fun Pickleball can be for you and your friends! Play for fun, exercise, challenge and friendship.
